Are products printed & shipped from your site?
No, we don’t personally print or ship any of the products displayed on our site. Products are distributed by Zazzle’s print on demand service. Zazzle is an online marketplace that allows us to create our own unique designs and display them on various products. Zazzle handles the printing, shipment and customer service for all purchased products.
Do I purchase products directly from your site?
To purchase products/designs that we’ve created, you do so by clicking on the “Buy on Zazzle” button displayed with each of our products. The button link will redirect you to Zazzle’s website in order to buy and or customize the products that you’ve selected.
Who do I contact for customer support?
If you have a question or inquiry about a design on our site, you can contact us directly. Please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible to respond to your design questions and inquires, usually within 24-48 hours.
If you have a question about printing, shipment or any technical issues on Zazzle’s site, you contact Zazzle’s customer support team via email, chat or phone. Their contact details can be found on Zazzle’s Help Center.
Are samples of products offered?
Samples are not offered, however instead of placing a big order right from the start, we recommend that you consider making a small order first of your selected designs. This will allow you to verify that the items are exactly as you intend, before committing to a larger order.
How do I customize a product?
Customizing a product is performed on Zazzle’s website. When you’ve found the perfect design on our site that you’d like to customize. Simply click on the “Buy on Zazzle” button located with each product. You’ll be re-directed to the product page on Zazzle. Then customize by adding an image, name, date, or any other kind of customization you’d like.

Use Zazzle’s design tool technology to add text, pictures and more to your design. Then you can move, resize, rotate, and stretch your designs to get the perfect look you want

Do you offer custom designs?
We can offer customized design, if you’re unable to find the perfect design for your event or a particular product design. Simply fill out our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible, to respond to your custom design inquires, as well as the cost for your custom design implementation.
